What does Noshlee do?

Noshlee helps people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity eat with confidence. You can scan a barcode for an instant gluten read, find celiac-friendly restaurants, scan a menu, show a translated dining card, log meals and reactions, read community reviews, and get gluten-free travel guides.

How accurate is the gluten check?

Noshlee combines trusted food data with AI analysis to flag gluten and hidden sources, and it's designed to be honest about uncertainty — when something can't be confirmed, it tells you to ask rather than guessing. It is a tool to help you decide, not medical advice or a guarantee. Ingredients and kitchen practices change, so always confirm with the restaurant or manufacturer and follow your healthcare provider's guidance.

A scan looked wrong. What should I do?

Product data can be incomplete or out of date. If a result seems off, double-check the physical label, and email us the barcode and product name at hello@noshlee.com so we can look into it.

How do I change my name, sensitivity, or password?

In the app, open Settings. Use Edit profile to change your display name or gluten sensitivity, and Change password to update your password.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Delete account, confirm with your password, and your account and associated data are permanently removed. This can't be undone. If you'd rather we handle it, email hello@noshlee.com.

How is my data handled?

We collect as little as possible and never sell your personal information. The details are in our Privacy Policy, and the rules of using the app are in our Terms of Service.

How do I suggest a feature or report a problem?
