What Noshlee does

- Scan a menu — see which dishes look safe, which to ask about, and which to avoid before you sit down.

How it works
Noshlee combines trusted food data with AI analysis to read ingredients and menus the way a careful, gluten-aware friend would. It is built to be honest about uncertainty: when something cannot be confirmed, Noshlee tells you to ask rather than guessing for you.
